- The candidate's claim or candidacy for admission will be denied if they do not show up and report on the scheduled day with the necessary paperwork and payment.
- After being accepted into the college, a student is expected to uphold a professional program of study.
- In order to meet their attendance requirements, students must attend every class.
- Any request for more than one day of sick leave must be accompanied by a medical certificate from a registered physician.
- During teaching practice, no leave will be given.
- Any use of offensive words or sentiments toward students or employees will be seen as a violation of the rules and will be taken very seriously.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke or chew tobacco, pan, or any other intoxicating substance on a college campus.
- The candidate's admission may be revoked if inconsistencies are discovered in the documentation they supplied.
- Students must abide by all academic policies and procedures of B.R.A.B.U., Muzaffarpur.
- The Sitamarhi district court has the authority to decide and settle any disagreement pertaining to the college's management or other connected concerns that come up.
- The institute maintained the right to promptly update or modify the website or prospectus.
